Shipping Days - Methods
Most orders received by 12:00 pm, pacific standard time, will ship same day. We ship Monday - Friday, via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We offer overnight shipping on all of our shipping days, however, we do not guarantee delivery on weekends.
International shipping
We do ship internationally. Shipping laws are different with each country, and may restrict what we
can ship to some countries. We follow all international shipping laws, so please call to see if we can
ship to your country, and for the actual shipping charges.
Payment & Insurance
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American
Express. We also accept payments in check and money orders.
We do not bill insurance companies. We do include in all Rx orders a universal compounding form filled
out by the pharmacist. It has all the information needed for you to turn into your insurance company
for reimbursement.

Returns are rare, as our products work!
Return check fee
We charge a fee of $25.00 dollars on all checks returned as unpayable by a financial institution.
